Affiliate Agreement
We pay out flat-rate commissions in USD in the first week of every month as long as you have $50 USD or more built up. There’s no maximum payout balance, so you promote to your heart’s content!
In order to receive a payout for your referrals, you must register with our payouts service. It’s Paypal so don’t worry – all of your information is kept confidential between them and you. We value your privacy, and we really don’t want your bank information 😊
When a potential customer clicks on your referral link, a cookie is stored in their browser to track your referral. The cookie is then stored for 30 days to ensure you to get credit for the referral even if they need time to decide.
A referral won't be awarded to your account if:

The customer uses a different browser to purchase than the one they originally used to visit our site (because the cookie does not exist in that browser)

The customer purchases after 30 days (because the cookie expired).

There was an unavoidable technological failure on our website or with the third party program we use to track the links that makes it too difficult to determine where the sale came from (We promise to do our best to ensure that your referrals are counted, but we’re humans so we need some leeway and we appreciate your understanding!)

A purchase is refunded. We have a strict refund policy given the nature of the product, so make sure those customers mean business – if they back out of the sale before the refund window/circumstances close, the referral won’t get credited.
Affiliate News & Updates
By becoming an affiliate, you agree to receive emails from My Spouti™, LLC. These emails will provide you with relevant news and updates to help you effectively promote Spouti™. As an affiliate you may be privy to embargoed or time-sensitive information in these emails so we swear you to secrecy until the information is ready for release!! 😀
Spouti™ is not just a stand to pee device. It is also an external catheter and will eventually be used in hospitals, clinics, and med supply shops around the world. We are very careful with how it’s promoted, so we want affiliates who are 100% behind us and who care about our image as much as we do. The prohibited promotional methods listed below are here to protect you, and us, and our customers, which is something we take pretty seriously. This may result in referrals being rejected and/or your affiliate account being deactivated. Check out some super cool promotional ideas – but also be sure the read our promotional don’ts. The best way for us to have your backs, and for you to have ours, is to really know what is and what isn’t allowed <3 <3 <3
You're entering an Elite Group
We appreciate the work you went through to apply for the program! Not every site or Affiliate is going to be the right fit for our company. To help you understand where we are coming from and what we are looking for in an Affiliate here are some reasons we may choose not to accept an application:
- Affiliate applications for websites or Social Media Platforms that sell, advertise or engage in phishing scams, spamming, illegal business practices, or that include any material infringing on National or International Copyright will be rejected.
- Affiliate applications for websites or Social Media Platforms that we do not believe are aligned with our industry or business may be rejected.
- Affiliate applicants with websites or Social Media Platforms that re-sell any of our products will be rejected.
- Websites or Social Media Platforms considered inappropriate by My Spouti™, LLC will be rejected. You may request a single appeal, but at the end of the day, we reserve the right to decide that we don’t feel it is appropriate.
Dormant Accounts: Is your account sleeping??
We encourage affiliates to actively promote Spouti™™ to keep earning referrals. An affiliate account is considered dormant if no visits have been generated after a 6-month period which may result in a deactivation to open slots for active affiliates.
We are humans too so we understand life gets rough. If you need a temporary break let us know and we’ll simply make a note on your account! A deactivation of an affiliate account simply for dormancy will not prevent you from reactivating. We are here to work with you and to help you as best we can – but we also don’t want to hold onto your money. It belongs with you – wherever you keep your dough!
Awesome promotional methods!!
We encourage the use of promotional methods that add value to Spouti™ and bring us legitimate, loyal customers. We love it when our team of affiliates blog about affiliate marketing and mention Spouti™! Here are a few examples of awesome promotional methods to earn more commission:
Tell clients, customers, or friends about Spouti™ and give them your affiliate referral link
Write a review or a blog post about affiliate marketing or Spouti™ and link to our site with your referral link
Reach out to a broad audience with your social network accounts. Tweet about us on Twitter with your affiliate referral link, post about us on Facebook with your affiliate link, or communicate to your Linkedin followers about affiliate marketing with your affiliate link. Spam-free promotion is a great way to get more referrals! (Seriously – DON’T spam people, it makes us look bad) ☹
Provide value to others by answering related questions on other sites with helpful responses and using your referral link in your replies.
As our program grows, we can begin to develop tiers for better commissions – so you can grow as we do. This also means that you have the opportunity to set the standard for other Affiliates. Nothing wrong with a little friendly competition!!
Prohibited Promotional Methods
Spouti™ may not be promoted on coupon sites. Customers who are searching for a coupon are already in the market for Spouti™, so this method adds no value to the program – the goal here is to get new, un-tempted customers!
Buying ads through services like Google AdWords, social ads, or retargeting ads using our brand keywords (Spouti™, Leak Free STP, Ultimate STP – other variations on our branding) will result in affiliate account deactivation. Please note – this does not apply to posts that you make that are not ads – Your goal is to fill in the advertising gaps – not accidentally cause us to pay more for our own paid advertising. ☹
Promoting incorrect or misleading information: Any promotional activity that shares incorrect or misleading information will result in affiliate account deactivation. This includes false information intended to click-bait potential customers. If you are unsure of the correct information or details for promoting Spouti™, please contact us.
Any type of spam is prohibited: Please respect the posting rules of any 3rd-party websites you use to promote Spouti™. While we are pretty laid back and flexible, please understand that if we decide that your activity is spam, it’s spam.
Any illegal activity or activity deemed offensive by us is prohibited
We’re flattered, but please don’t pretend to be professionally associated with Spouti™
Affiliates aren’t employees of My Spouti, LLC and have no employee rights.
Pretending to be the owner or creator of Spouti™, or even an employee of My Spouti, LLC is prohibited.
Cloning our site, copying our site, using our copyrighted site assets, and pretending that a site created by you is an official Spouti™ site is unethical and prohibited (this includes using services that automatically clone websites, or place them into iframes). We work hard to make sure that you have wording and copy available – if you need more just ask!
Again, false promotion to customers that you are endorsed or operated by Spouti™ is prohibited (and super uncool).
If you’re unsure or concerned that some activity you’re about to proceed with may be considered prohibited, please ask us. 🙂 Seriously, we are SUPER flexible and cool people. Chances are, if you ask the answer will be yes – but we do not follow the “ask forgiveness later” policy.
